You send your furniture to our receiving facility in Foshan, China — either from your own supplier, or a purchase from a marketplace like Alibaba or AliExpress. We inspect it against the tier you choose, pack it, and photograph and video the whole process so you can review it in your account before it ships. From there, we ship it out and hand off to white glove delivery for the final leg to your customer's door.

We offer three tiers. Basic covers an exterior check, quantity count, and photo documentation — a good fit for low-risk, standard-production furniture. Standard adds hardware and joint testing plus video documentation, and is the right choice for most furniture. Premium adds pre-assembly, surface and material checks (lacquer, leather, marble), and moisture testing for high-value or fragile pieces.
Yes. Sellers on those platforms usually don't offer standardized inspection or white glove delivery — if you'd rather not rely on whatever shipping the seller arranges, have it sent to our Foshan facility instead. We inspect, pack, and deliver it the same way we would for anything else that comes through our warehouse.
